In 2022 Isaac Kennedy became the proud Owner and Producer at his own commercial front Brisbane Music School conveniently situated in Brisbane’s trendy upcoming suburb, Albion. Combining years of industry experience and a progressive modern approach to teaching music.

Isaac Kennedy is one of the most wanted hired guns in the Brisbane music scene, he is known for his tasteful fusion of country twang and blistering rock guitar. He is currently touring with Australian Country Music Lee Kernaghan. In 2024 Isaac had the honour of performing internationally in Las Vegas at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino for the Steve Irwin Gala with Lee Kernaghan.

He is proudly endorsed by Fender Guitars, D’Addario, Marshall Amps and Stage IEM Co in-ear monitors.

Cherie Sandoval

Singing & Piano Teacher

Born and raised in the western suburbs of Sydney  to Chilean parents, Cherie Sandoval’s strong South American heritage played a big role in her career as a professional Singer, Songwriter, Dancer, Actress, Teacher & Model.

Cherie started performing at the tender age of 11 singing at local latin events. Some of her career highlights thus far include performances at International resorts, P&O cruises, Channel 7’s Sunrise, SBS TV, Netflix and Foxtel main event to name a few.

Cherie also successfully completed a Bachelor of Music at Western Sydney University.

She recently signed on as a songwriter for an Australian/New Zealand media production publishing company BeatsFresh APRA AMCOS writing modern latin music for TV and advertising.

Chandler Jay

Piano & Singing Teacher

Chandler is an accomplished Vocalist, Pianist, Keyboardist and Songwriter. Chandler has over 11 years of Vocal and Piano training and has achieved significant educational milestones, including:

Diploma of Arts (Music) - Australian College of the Arts
Certificate IV in Music Industry (Performance) - Jazz Music Institute
Certificate II in Music Industry - TAFE Queensland
Level 5 Piano Performance (A Honours) - Australian Guild of Music

Chandler has been mentored by many Music Industry professionals such as Tim Watson and Tim Wild (Taxi Ride), Clio Renner (Rock Wiz), Keppie Coutts (mentored by John Mayer), Pat Pattison (Professor at Berklee College of Music). Chandler is currently working towards his Grade 4 Theory of Music through AMEB and he continues to refine his vocal skills from highly regarded vocal coaches in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Chandler welcomes students of all ages and levels who are looking to gain the confidence and skills to sing and accompany themselves on piano, and he will have you living out your performance dreams in no time.

Dean Gordon

Drum Teacher

Dean Gordon is a world class Drummer. Playing on stages and at festivals such as Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits and Pinkpop with ARIA award winning Brisbane band, Sheppard.

With their success of Geronimo and many accomplishments that followed, he toured the world with the successful Australian band.

Most musicians only dare to dream of Dean’s accomplishments, supporting artists such as Justin Bieber, Elton John, Robbie Williams, Keith Urban and Meghan Trainor - amongst others.

His extensive experience in live performance and studio work makes him a very in demand Drum teacher. Dean’s ability to pass on first hand knowledge to eager students along with his friendly personality makes lessons extremely fun and rewarding.

He teaches the AMEB Rockschool curriculum and offers video exams from Debut through to Grade 8 in both the Graded and Performance certificates.

Scotty Nosworthy

Drum Teacher

Scotty Nosworthy is a drummer notable by his precision and versatility. He is a regular playing in Brisbane’s best venues with the hottest bands the city has to offer.

Scott has been privileged to perform and record with many artists during his career such as Asa Broomhall, Darren Percival, The Rooftops, Thump, Troy Jungaji Brady, Ben Eaton, Jimi Beavis, Russ Walker, Dave Orr, Chris Palmer Trio, The Mojo Dollz, Brad McCaw and Shelley Davies.

After graduating from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music in 2005 Scott solidified his position as a professional drummer working on stages and in studios around the world in a variety of musical settings ranging from Straight Ahead Jazz, Folk, Pop, R&B, Blues, Soul, Reggae, Hip Hop and Indie/Pop.

In 2010 Scott flew to America to further his studies attending the Drummers Fantasy Camp where he spent a week studying under JoJo Mayer, Tommy Igoe, Dave Weckl, Thomas Lang and Peter Erskine.  Returning to the DFC in 2012, Scott spent time learning from Keith Carlock, Will Kennedy, Dave Weckl, Steve Smith and Peter Erskine. In 2014 he returned a third time to study under Dave Dicenso, Virgil Donati, Chris Coleman and Dave Weckl as part of his constant pursuit of knowledge and understanding of the craft.
